Like wigglers, birdbath bubblers move the water and have the same advantages. Not only do they attract the attention of birds nearby, the moving water can also attract birds flying overhead. A pump moves the water. The pump usually runs on rechargeable six volt batteries. Nowadays, they even have solar panels that can recharge the batteries.

Birdbath fountains are not only nice for the birds, but they are relaxing for homewoners to watch too. To save electricity, they even have solar fountain pump kits. Low-voltage water pumps are run by solar power.
